Step-by-Step: Fixing 'No SKU Found'

Learn how to quickly resolve the 'No SKU Found' error in QuickSync

The "No SKU Found" error for products appears in the Unsynced tab when products don't have SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), which are crucial for syncing and managing inventory across platforms. Luckily, you can easily fix this directly from your QuickSync dashboard.

Step 1: Open Your QuickSync Dashboard

  • Log in to your QuickSync dashboard and navigate to the Unsynced tab. Here, you’ll see a list of products that lack SKUs and cannot be synced.

Step 2: Enable the "Create SKU" Feature

  • Click on the Sync Products button. This will open the options necessary for syncing and managing SKUs.
  • Enable the Create Products and Create SKU.

This will automatically assign unique SKUs to all products that lack them.

Confirmation

Once the syncing process is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message indicating that the products have been successfully synced.
