What is “Archived”?
This guide will walk you through how to re-activate archived products in your Shopify store and sync them. In your QuickSync dashboard, under the ‘unsynced tab,’ you’ll find the list of products marked as ‘Archived’ like this:
How to fix it?
Step 1: Reactivate Archived Products in Shopify
To reactivate your products, you’ll need to make changes in your Shopify dashboard.

Log in to Shopify:
- Go to your Shopify admin dashboard and click on the Products section.

Select Archived Products:
- Use the checkbox to select all the products you want to reactivate. You can find archived products by applying filters in the product section.

Set Products to Active:
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click the Set to Active button. Confirm your selection in the prompt that appears.
- Use Shopify’s bulk-edit features to quickly update multiple products.

Step 2: Sync Reactivated Products in QuickSync
- In QuickSync, click on the Sync Products option. Make sure that Create Products option is toggled on.

- QuickSync will now pull the reactivated products from Shopify and update them in the app.
