Cancel your subscription

QuickSync offers an efficient and seamless platform to manage your inventory, products, and orders across multiple sales channels. However, if you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, the process is simple. Whether you signed up through our website or installed QuickSync via an app store like Shopify or Clover, this guide will walk you through the cancellation steps.

 

Option 1: If You Subscribed via Our Website

1. Log in to Your QuickSync Account

Go to quicksync.pro and log in with your email and password.

2. Access the Billing Plans Section

Once logged in, navigate to the Billing Plans section under your account settings.
Here, you can view your current subscription details.

3. Cancel the Subscription

Click the Cancel Subscription button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the cancellation to proceed.

4. Receive Confirmation

You’ll get a prompt confirming the cancellation. Access to QuickSync services may continue until the end of your current billing cycle, depending on your subscription plan.

 

Option 2: If You Installed QuickSync via an App Store

1. Uninstall the QuickSync App

  • Go to the platform where you installed QuickSync (e.g., Shopify App Store or Clover App Store).
  • Uninstall the QuickSync app directly from your admin dashboard.

2. Automatic Charge Cancellation

  • Once the app is uninstalled, all associated subscription charges will be automatically canceled.
  • No further action is required on your part.

3. Verify Cancellation

  • Check your app store’s billing section to confirm that the subscription is no longer active.
