1. What's the difference between a new and old seller on TikTok?
- New seller: An account that was made in the last 90 days.
- Old seller : An account that was created more than 90 days ago and has a history of orders.
3. What is TikTok Product Review?
Products added or updated through our app are subject to TikTok's review, which may take 2-3 minutes. If your products are rejected, TikTok marks item as 'suspended,' 'deactivated,' or 'error.' Such products remain visible in our app and TikTok portal, with inventory/product data syncable, but invisible to buyers. Each product update triggers a new TikTok review.
4. Can QuickSync auto export more than 100 products per day?
Yes, there are 2 cases:
- Just enable Auto Export button in Settings > Integration > TikTok Settings and we will automatically export 100 products each day until your whole catalogue is exported to TikTok.
- If you want to automate this process for new products, enable product syncing.
5. Can I sync videos to my TikTok shop?
Yes, QuickSync allows you to sync videos in your product listings to your TikTok.
7. My synced TikTok order isn't displaying customer's address properly?
If the address, is being masked, this might be the case due to a settings called "Fulfilment by TikTok" which needs to be changed to "Fulfilment by Seller". Please read this article to learn how to fix it.
8. What is Multi-warehouse (MWH) settings in TikTok?
Multi-warehouse (MWH) in TikTok Shop Seller Centre lets sellers manage up to 20 warehouses for order fulfilment. It's not auto-activated; you must have it enabled by your TikTok account manager. To activate, contact your Account Manager. Once approved, you can sync products.
